These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Nextgen Tech Solutions (“Nextgen”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) ABN: 84 679 243 997. By engaging our services, you (“the customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by the following terms. These terms are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which prevail in the event of any conflict.
If we are unable to resolve your technical issue or offer a suitable solution, no service fee will be charged—excluding diagnostic services for data recovery or complex hardware issues.
All labour performed by our technicians is covered by a 14-day service warranty. This guarantee only covers the work as outlined on your invoice.
Hardware assembled and supplied by us carries a 1-year warranty unless otherwise stated. Any warranty seals must be intact for claims to be valid. Damage due to software, operating systems, viruses, or malware is not covered.
Hardware parts installed by Nextgen come with a standard 3-month warranty. You may request an extended warranty at additional cost at the time of purchase.
Data loss can occur during repair or upgrade processes. While we take care to preserve your data, we offer no warranty for any loss. Customers are strongly advised to back up important files prior to service. Data backup services can be arranged at additional cost.
Shipping or courier costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
All services and products must be paid in full on completion unless prior written arrangements have been made. Payment methods accepted include cash, EFT, card, and BPAY. Invoices not paid within 14 days may be referred to debt collection agencies.
Failure to pay an invoice within the required timeframe may result in your details being handed to a third-party debt recovery agent. Additional fees incurred through this process may be added to your outstanding balance.
We value your privacy. Your personal information will not be shared or discussed with anyone without your express written consent. Authorisation must include your full name, contact details, and signature.
While we strive to offer same-day service, availability is dependent on booking before 10:00 AM and technician availability. Some services may require multiple visits or offsite repairs.
Any costs incurred (e.g., paid parking in CBD areas) to provide our service will be added to your invoice. We recommend providing clear parking instructions in advance to avoid delays and additional charges.
